Job Title: UI/UX Designer
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in UX design.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
