JOb Position: Remote Senior Software Engineer

Location : Worldwide

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Engineer. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing software applications.

You will also lead and mentor junior engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to technical and product discussions. We iterate daily and have a fast feedback loop. You’ll grow to own a part of the product.

• You are an accomplished full stack developer, with experience in Ruby on Rails and React.
• You have experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and performant services and systems.
• You are detail-oriented but also understand the importance of opportunity costs, and are willing to reprioritize.
• You are excited to be part of a scrappy, early team that is building something transformative.

What will help you succeed

• Computer science, software development, and full-stack web development skills.
• You want to be part of a scrappy, early team who is building something transformative.
• Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, databases, and cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with CRM integrations like Salesforce/Hubspot
• You’ve worked with email APIs like Microsoft exchange and Gmail
• Experience with ElasticSearch
• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience building/maintaining chrome extensions a big plus
• Experience with mobile development, and DevOps is a plus.
