Remote Senior .NET Developer Job at World Trade Organization
The World Trade Organization (WTO) is seeking a talented, experienced and motivated .NET Developer.
As a Full-Stack .NET Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using modern web technologies. Your work will support our online platforms dedicated to the collection, management, and dissemination of trade-related data, with a focus on integrating new systems into the existing WTO infrastructure.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 5 years professional working experience in delivering IT solutions – systems analysis and software development.
- 5+ years .NET web development: .NET Core, ASP.NET, MVC and Web API.
- Proficiency in C#.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and web UI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and database programming.
- Expertise in working with Microsoft SQL Server databases; Entity Framework.
- Expertise in Azure, including Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure Storage and Azure Functions.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms, and general security best practices.
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Engineering or a related field of study.
- Working level of English.
An advantage if you have:
- Experience with Vue.js.
- Experience with CSS frameworks – Bootstrap, Bulma or other.
- Experience in MS Excel manipulations; knowledge of a .NET Excel library, preferably EPPlus.
- Experience using OAuth or SAML authentication protocols.
