Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote TSM’s courses, webinars, and other educational offerings.
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Conduct keyword research, SEO, and content optimization to enhance organic reach and visibility.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data-driven strategies to target and retarget potential participants, driving enrollment and revenue growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly in the education sector.

Requirements

  • Sufficient experience in digital marketing, particularly in the educational industry, with proven results in revenue generation.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Experience in managing online advertising budgets and optimizing ROI.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
