We are currently seeking a skilled React Frontend Engineer to join our client’s team for a specialized project. Our client is looking to integrate UPS and USPS shipping rates into their website, providing real-time rates at the point of sale.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the integration of UPS and USPS shipping rates into the client’s website.
- Ensure that the rates are displayed accurately and updated in real-time at the point of sale.
- Collaborate with the client’s team to understand the specific requirements and desired outcomes.
- Maintain high-quality code and adhere to best practices in frontend development.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the integration process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a React Frontend Engineer, particularly in integrating third-party APIs.
- Strong proficiency in React.js and related technologies.
- Experience with shipping rate integrations, preferably with UPS and USPS.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and payment gateway integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with similar integrations in an e-commerce environment.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
